Building community through small groups...

It’s easy in a large church to feel disengaged and disconnected, but not at the River of Life. We encourage you to connect on a more intimate level with our church family and community through our Life Groups ministry. Life Groups are small informal gatherings of believers who discuss day-to- day real-life experiences while participating in lesson
activities and events that encourage you to grow in your faith. Life Groups meet all over the greater central Florida area and different times of the week.

LIFE GROUP SIGN UP

FAITH + PURPOSE GROUPS

Faith groups are Bible study groups that meet to discuss issues relevant to the word of God or topics recently taught at the River of Life. In these groups you’ll find an intimate setting where you can openly ask questions about difficult spiritual issues. You’ll experience relevant interactions that impact your life in a real and practical way. Faith groups will help you grow in your relationship with God and others.

SINGLES GROUPS

Singleness is a wonderful place in life where individuals have the ability to build an intimate relationship with God, while seeking their purpose in life. Our singles life groups are a community of believers at various age levels of 21 and above, who discuss real life issues and solutions, all while hosting interactive bible studies, and fun activities and gatherings. Single groups are faith accountable groups for all singles involved.

FAMILY + MARRIAGE GROUPS

Families and marriages are God’s basic design for human interaction and relationships. This is where we find unconditional strength, protection, identity and belonging. Family/Marriage life groups are here to enrich your life and develop stronger relationships with your spouse, children, and other family members.

SENIOR GROUPS

Seniors groups are comprised of an active group of men and women 55 years and older, who gather together frequently to share insight, encourage one another, and learn what God has designed for them during their golden years in life. Senior groups host interactive bible studies, fellowships, and fun activities, just for them.

SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS

God has blessed us with many talents, gifts and special interest. Our special interest groups are designed for you to nurture the gift or talent God has given you with like-minded interest individuals and believers. Currently, there are Special Interest life groups for individuals interested in health and fitness, photography, videography, and sewing. These groups feature a diversity of recreational activities, encourages one another in the faith through interactive bible studies, and enhances personal skill set or gifts.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT GROUPS

During our life journey, God has given us the honor of serving as managers/stewards over his inheritance. A large part of that stewardship is learning to manage all the assets that God has blessed our lives with. This group will explore biblical principles of financial management and allow you to interact with entrepreneurs and business owners from the community. Join them as they learn to honor God and prosper through biblical giving.
